Yet again, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. I’m in Orlando, Florida this week, attending the Live! 360 Conference. More specifically, I’m here with tons of IT Pros attending the TechMentor conference. Today is an 8 hour workshop, “PowerShell Scripting and Toolmaking.” It’s been great so far. I’m so, so glad I’m moving into the IT Field.
I’ve got 4 classes left for my Bachelor’s Degree in IT Security: Linux+ Part 2, which will get me a CompTIA Linux+ cert, an LPIC-1 cert, and a SUSE SysAdmin Cert, CCNA Security, Technical Writing, and my Capstone. Graduation is February! Not much further to go at all.
Anyways, I’m going to try and get back to this a little more often. We’ll see how it goes. Work has been busy, school has been busy, and oh yeah, adopting a 16 year old girl has also been crazy! But she’s wonderful from what we know so far. I haven’t even met her face to face, but I already love her like she was my daughter.
